Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or making a booking. By accessing or using www.travojourney.com, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms form a legal agreement between you and The Travo Journey Ltd, trading as Travo Journey, registered in Wyoming, United States, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Suite 28086, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
By using our website or making a booking, you confirm that:
Package Bookings:
A package means a combination of at least two travel services sold together for one total price. If you book a package, your contract is with The Travo Journey Ltd.
Other Travel Arrangements:
For flight-only or separately arranged services, we act as an agent only. Your contract will be with the supplier.
A contract is formed once payment is made and a confirmation email is issued.
Deposits may be required. Full payment is usually due 8 weeks before departure. Deposits are non-refundable.
Amendments and cancellations may incur charges depending on supplier rules. Some bookings are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for events beyond our control such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
Our liability is limited to the total cost of your booking where permitted by law.
You are responsible for passports, visas, and health requirements.
Any complaints must be reported promptly and submitted in writing within 7 days of return.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming.
